Requirements:

1. Clergy Certification: All clergy must be certified in the Botes Memory Method Boquet Approach and complete demonstration videos (Approximate time commitment: 1.5 hours per person).

2. Staff Certification: All staff members must be certified in the Botes Memory Method Boquet Approach (Approximate time commitment: 10-20 minutes per person).

3. Congregation Involvement: A team of congregation members must be certified as Botes Memory Method Boquet Approach (Approximate time commitment: 10-20 minutes per person).

4. Inclusive Environment: All certified members must work towards creating a dementia-inclusive environment and make necessary changes as the budget allows.

This initiative aims to create a supportive and inclusive church environment, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their cognitive abilities, feels valued and included. By participating in the Grace Dementia Awareness Certification, churches can become leaders in their communities, fostering understanding, compassion, and care for all individuals living with dementia.
