MY PILLARS FOR SELF-CARE FITNESS
These are the ways I care for myself so I can care for others
1st Pillar
Fitness
This is fun step challenge that I started for myself to stay active. I decided that I needed a group of people to encourage me to keep fit and keep walking. I love having my friends in the group to cheer on each other!

2nd Pillar
Mental
On Mondays I join Val at Essence of Energetics to release tension, connect mind and body, and prepare myself mentally and physically for the week ahead.

3rd Pillar
Emotional
On Thursdays I join Jarne for Self Organizing Essence sessions, where we explore the harmony of soul, mind, and body through gentle movement, self-organizing patterns, and meaningful connection to discover greater balance and inner coherence.
I love caring for others is by giving back to the people and organizations that help others.
Give today to help me continue this mission with Mighty Caregivers.

4th Pillar
Spiritual
Every morning I join Stefanie and my friends at "Mornings With God" for a brief time of prayer and reflection that helps me start my day with purpose and peace.
5th Pillar

These are resources I have personally leaned on to care for myself and that have also helped me support others.
