Caregivers, I want to share a trusted resource that may be helpful to you or someone you know — the Elder Advocacy & Care Foundation.
This organization works to support seniors and the families who care for them. They help people navigate difficult elder care situations, understand available resources, and advocate for the safety, dignity, and well-being of older adults. If you are feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to turn, or need guidance with a care situation, reaching out to them could be a helpful step.
Caregiving can be complicated, and sometimes we need someone in our corner who understands the system and can help us find solutions. Don’t hesitate to call and ask for help if you need it.
